Recommend that, in return for the Israeli cession of their territorial claims, the State of Palestine agree to a peace treaty with the State of Israel, Suggest that Israel agree to uphold the sovereignty of all Middle Eastern States, with special regard to newly created state of Palestine, Request that Middle Eastern states respect all state borders if no explicit war has been declared, Acknowledge that only in the case that another state willfully harbor a violent or radical group one that has been deemed so by the international community may a state violate the sovereignty without a declaration of war.
